The Game has always been someone who’s not afraid to pack a song with features. Perhaps challenged by YG’s crew track “Big Bank,” with Nicki Minaj, Big Sean, and 2 Chainz, which is no doubt all over L.A. radio at the current moment, The Game has released his own star-studded record to compete for airtime in the West. “Down To Fuck” feels immediately reminiscent of Snoop Dogg’s classic “Ain’t No Fun,” with Ty Dolla $ign and Jeremih sharing the role of Nate Dogg while Game and YG share some summer BBQ bars.
The single’s release, currently available solely as a radio rip, marks what could mean a new album rollout from Game. The rapper has been on something of a hiatus after sharing The Documentary 2, The Documentary 2.5, and 1992 within the span of a year.
