2018 iHeartRadio Music Awards | Complete List Of Winners

While the awards season found its pinnacle in last week’s airing of the Academy Awards, the season of music awards ceremonies that aren’t the Grammys is getting ready to kick into high gear, and we’re met with its first sign of life in the form of the iHeartRadio Music Awards.

This year the show will find its hosts in the form of a duo composed of DJ Khaled and Hailey Baldwin as the likes of Cardi B, Camila Cabello, and Ed Sheeran are set to take to the stage for special performances.

In relevant categories, you’ll find the usual suspects with Bruno Mars, DJ Khaled, Rihanna nominated in categories that include Song of The Year and Best Collaboration. In the running for Best Hip-Hop Artist of The Year are Kendrick Lamar, DJ Khaled, Drake, Future, and Migos while “Bad and Boujee,” “Bodak Yellow,” “HUMBLE.,” “Rockstar,” and “Wild Thoughts” are all up for Hip-Hop Song of The Year.

About The Award

The iHeartRadio Music Awards is a music awards show that celebrates music heard throughout the year across iHeartMedia radio stations nationwide and on iHeartRadio, iHeartMedia’s digital music platform.

Founded by iHeartRadio in 2014, the event recognizes the most popular artists and music over the past year. Winners are chosen per cumulative performance data, while the public is able to vote in several categories.The inaugural event was held on May 1, 2014 at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.

Its first two years were broadcast live on NBC, and since 2015 it is simulcast on TBS, TNT and truTV. The fifth annual iHeartRadio Music Awards were held on March 11, 2018 at The Forum. The trophy is manufactured by the New York firm Society Awards.
