Music: Justin Timberlake – Supplies | Prod. By The Neptunes

With Man Of The Woods on the horizon, Justin Timberlake has delivered yet another single, following up the Timbaland and Danja produced “Filthy.” It seems like JT is intent on sticking with his hip-hop roots, bringing out the recently acting Neptunes to produce; Pharrell and Chad Hugo are responsible for some of Timberlake’s strongest early work, like the Clipse-assisted “Like I Love You” or the infectious “Rock Your Body.” And while it’s been a minute since those glory days, “Supplies” proves that the chemistry remains intact.

Over a seductive, Spanish-influenced guitar line, Justin holds it down in what feels like an inevitable radio hit. It’s a little more accessible than the previous single, and so far, Man Of The Year is shaping up to be a little bit more “hip-hop” than his last 20/20 Experience album. JT also dropped off a video for “Supplies,” which features a glimpse at a dystopian future, with references to Black Lives Matter, Harvey Weinstein and more.
